1、 Customer core pain point: antenna design dilemma under compact structure
The intelligent camera launched by Hualai Technology this time focuses on a simple, compact, and easy to install market positioning. The product body size is compressed to the extreme, and more than ten precision components such as high-definition lenses, image processing chips, WiFi modules, and power management need to be integrated internally, leaving extremely limited installation space for the antenna.

1.3 Severe internal interference: The metal components inside the camera are dense, and the motherboard circuit, lens module, LED fill light, etc. can all interfere with the RF signal, which can easily lead to signal attenuation, connection lag, video transmission delay, and other problems, affecting the user experience.

2.3 Anti-interference optimization:Due to the presence of other electronic components inside the camera, and its frequent use in environments with multiple Wi-Fi devices operating simultaneously, electromagnetic interference may occur to the antenna performance. Therefore, our engineers optimized the antenna for interference resistance. Through grounding optimization, electromagnetic shielding, and precise clearance design, the interference from internal metal components and circuitry is effectively reduced.
In actual testing, the product demonstrated over 40% improved signal stability in complex home environments with multiple obstacles and Wi-Fi devices, achieving a connection distance of up to 18 meters, fully meeting the needs of home security scenarios.
